Claire Coyle has a broad range of experience in the real estate and escrow industry. In Claire's role as Relationship Manager for Huntington Escrow, her goal is to better understand the needs of the customer and in doing so help Huntington Escrow to continually improve in meeting its' customer service goals.
She has dedicated more than 3 decades to the profession, working as an Escrow Receptionist, Assistant to Escrow Officers, Business Development Representative and Escrow Officer for both independent and broker owned escrow companies. Along with her experience delivering excellent service, her strength lies in her caring personality, extending a friendly hand and smile to each and every client she meets.
Claire has a strong belief that maintaining a good understanding of the changes in the escrow business are key, and prides herself in maintaining her continuing education endeavors, always willing to share what she learned with her clients and co-workers. Claire is presently a Notary Public for the State of California and offers this service to her clients.

Lily Heflin is a Member of CEA, AEA and ESGV and is a Notary Public. Lily is an Affiliate Member of the Arcadia Association of Realtors and Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and is a certified member by EAFC. She’s been involved in the Escrow Industry since 1994 and has managed Branch Offices for West Coast Escrow and is presently a Manager for Huntington Escrow Inc. at their Pasadena location. She’s been an approved DBO Manager since 2006. She’s experienced, dependable and a skillful communicator. Occasionally Lily speaks at Glendale College about the Settlement process, attends sales meetings and participates in various workshops. Through the years Lily has navigated through difficult real estate transactions primarily handling Residential Sales, Short Sales, REO’s, Corporate Relocation Accounts, Reverse Mortgages/Refinances, 1031 Exchanges and Commercial Transactions. Lily has experience working with Foreign Sellers. This fact is important considering the influx of foreign investment.
Lily is laser focused on customer service and she strongly believes, through innovation, she can transform the customer experience. The selling point is to focus on convenience, in order to create a more convenient, efficient, consumer- friendly experience. In other words, stepping up to drive change based on customer needs and desires. As part of her work ethic, she strives to make every closing appear seamless, effortless and convenient. Meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations for ease, fluidity, flexibility and allowing buyers to get into homes faster compliments her strength as a leader.

Ashley Joined Huntington Escrow June of 2019. She has a background in retail, which has provided her with the skills to provide excellent customer service to cliental. She has enjoyed taking her time at home raising her children and now that her kids are of school age, she is ready for a new chapter.

Eddie joined the Huntington Team in 2022, with a background in finance and real estate, perviously working at Fidelity National Title. Eddie believes that attention to detail and thorough communication are vital to providing a seamless escrow process to both prospective homeowners and seasoned investors. Eddie is fluent in Mandarin as well as English. In his free time, Eddie enjoys hiking and traveling with friends and family.

Logan joined the team in 2021. He has a background in customer-facing retail sales and prides himself on providing excellent customer service. He is currently attending Cal State Dominguez Hills in pursuit of his Bachelors in Film. Logan enjoys watching movies, attending conventions and spending time with his friends and family.

Beginning in 1987, Sharon learned every aspect of the escrow process from the ground up. With the simple mottos of "service with a smile" and "work hard and be nice," Sharon's main goal is to ensure clients feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning to the end of every escrow. She appreciates the personal connection made during each escrow, and maintains an "open door" policy for all of her clients to call, email or stop by her office any time.

Margaret started her career in 1997 at a title company before having the opportunity to become a receptionist in the escrow division. Over time Margaret learned all aspects of the industry and the process of escrow from beginning to end.
Margaret’s motto is don’t just deliver great customer service but show the client “hospitality”.
Prior to getting into the industry Margaret worked as a Nurse’s assistant and completed her education as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She is also a Notary Public.
Vanessa Sandoval Escrow Assistant

Vanessa started her career with a well known financial institution as a department assistant and eventually became a loan processor and mortgage fraud analyst, which fit well with her since she enjoys the investigation and research process.
Vanessa has been with Huntington Escrow for 2 years and has moved into an Escrow Assistant position, where she loves learning and meeting people through out each transaction. Her experience in mortgage has been beneficial to her role at Huntington Escrow.
Tana Pffefer Escrow Officer

Tana has been in the escrow field since 1986, beginning as an escrow assistant at ATLA Escrow in San Gabriel, California and becoming an escrow officer during her employment at ATLA Escrow until 2007 when the company closed for business. She is now responsible for all aspect of handling an escrow file, from the opening/typing of a new escrow to the closing and auditing of a file and distributing all funds necessary. Tana joined the Huntington Escrow, Inc. Monrovia branch in 2014 as an Escrow Officer.
Prior to the escrow field, Tana worked as a teacher’s assistant in Bell Gardens at Colmar Elementary School, and then in Alhambra at Almansor Elementary School in the program for deaf children.
Tana attended Schurr High School in Montebello, then moved on to attend California State University of Los Angeles. She belongs to the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, which helps to enrich our escrow education, knowledge of current practices, and changes in the industry.

Carla Cunnyngham is the Manager and an Escrow Officer at the Glendora branch of Huntington Escrow, Inc. In addition to overseeing the daily office routine, Carla is also an active Escrow Officer handling residential sales, refinances, for sale by owners, commercial, short sales, HUD and Exchange escrows. She has over 34 years of experience in the escrow industry and has weathered a number of regulatory and market changes that have arisen. She has a strong work ethic and prides herself in continuing education to better serve her customers.
Carla is also a Notary Public and longtime member of the California Escrow Association, American Escrow Association and Citrus Valley Board of Realtors. Additionally, while not an active Real Estate Agent, Carla continues to hold a current Real Estate License for over 30 years in order to stay current with any changes affecting the real estate industry.
In her free time, Carla enjoys RVing at the river and desert with her family and dogs.

Carl D’Amico has more than 18 years experience in the Escrow Industry. He came to Huntington Escrow, Inc in 2017. He handles residential sales, Mobile Homes, refinances and for sale by owners. Carl is dedicated to his clients and has a way of relating to people on a personal level with patience and guidance. He belongs to the California Escrow Association and Citrus Valley Board of Realtors and is always keeping up on the changes to the industry.
Carl is a local of Glendora and an active member of the Magic Castle and in his spare time enjoys activities with his wife and kids.

Beginning in 2001, Stephanie Maldonado learned every aspect of the escrow process from the ground up. Stephanie began her escrow career as an escrow assistant. Stephanie has joined Huntington Escrow, “Team Glendora” in July of 2022. Her escrow expertise includes residential sales, commercial sales, short sales, and refinances. With 21 years of experience, and with excellent customer service she is knowledgeable, confident, and committed in her abilities to handle the escrow process and making your escrow experience process professional and pleasurable. Stephanie proves this every day by consistently going “above and beyond” on all transactions. She prides herself on treating every Buyer, Seller, Real Estate Agent, and Loan Officer with dedication providing friendly, timely service of the highest quality. She belongs to the California Escrow Association and Citrus Valley Board of Realtors and is always keeping up on the changes to the industry.
Stephanie is fluent in Spanish as well as English. In her free time, she enjoys Sunday rides with her husband on their Harley and traveling with friends and family.
