Lily Heflin is a Member of CEA, AEA and EASGV and is a Notary Public. Lily is an Affiliate Member of the Arcadia Association of Realtors and Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and is a certified member by EAFC. She’s been involved in the Escrow Industry since 1994 and has managed Branch Offices for West Coast Escrow and is presently a Manager for Huntington Escrow Inc. at their Pasadena location. She’s been an approved DBO Manager since 2006. She’s experienced, dependable and a skillful communicator. Occasionally Lily speaks at Glendale College about the Settlement process, attends sales meetings and participates in various workshops. Through the years Lily has navigated through difficult real estate transactions primarily handling Residential Sales, Short Sales, REO’s, Corporate Relocation Accounts, Reverse Mortgages/Refinances, 1031 Exchanges and Commercial Transactions. Lily has experience working with Foreign Sellers. This fact is important considering the influx of foreign investment.
Lily is laser focused on customer service and she strongly believes, through innovation, she can transform the customer experience. The selling point is to focus on convenience, in order to create a more convenient, efficient, consumer- friendly experience. Ashley Joined Huntington Escrow June of 2019. She has a background in retail, which has provided her with the skills to provide excellent customer service to clientele. She has enjoyed taking her time at home raising her children and now that her kids are of school age, she is ready for a new chapter.

Eddie joined the Huntington Team in 2022, with a background in finance and real estate, perviously working at Fidelity National Title. Eddie believes that attention to detail and thorough communication are vital to providing a seamless escrow process to both prospective homeowners and seasoned investors. Eddie is fluent in Mandarin as well as English. In his free time, Eddie enjoys hiking and traveling with friends and family.
