Judy
Pastor - Manager
Prior to joining
Huntington Escrow Judy managed Dickson Podley REALTORS Escrow Division
for eight years. Prior to joining Dickson Podley REALTORS Judy owned
and operated her own escrow company for over ten years.
Besides her escrow
experience, Judy has also worked for Title Companies and Mortgage
Brokers, affording her a wide range of knowledge and experience in the
real estate and lending industries throughout Southern California.
Judy’s
duties at Huntington Escrow, Inc. include overseeing the
company’s daily activities, coordinating its staff and
Business Development efforts, and managing an active Escrow Unit.
In addition to
managing Huntington Escrow, Inc., Judy is a member of the American
Escrow Association, the California Escrow Association, the Escrow
Associates of San Gabriel Valley, the National Notary Association, the
Escrow Institute, and an affiliate member of the Pasadena-Foothills
Association of REALTORS.
Chrissy Ingle - Escrow Officer

Margaret "Maggie" Cluck - Manager
Maggie has been an
escrow officer in the San Gabriel Valley since 1979. Prior to joining
Huntington Escrow, Maggie served as Escrow Officer with Atla Escrow in
San Gabriel for 26 years, responsible for all aspects of escrow from
opening to closing.
Maggie’s
stated objective as an Escrow Officer is to provide the best customer
service possible and to continue to increase her clientele by providing
professional services with a personal touch.
Maggie’s
affiliations include the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS and
the Arcadia Association of REALTORS.
Ann Watkins - Escrow Officer
Ann has been in the
escrow field since 1999, beginning as an Escrow Assistant at Eagle
Summit Escrow in Big Bear Lake and becoming an Escrow Officer during
her tenure at Atla Escrow which began in 2001. Ann is now responsible
for all aspects of escrow from opening to closing and has experience
training escrow processors in the various aspects of escrow including
inputting escrows, ordering loan demands, preparing letters and
organizing escrow files.
Prior to joining the
escrow field Ann worked as an Office Assistant for an active real
estate company in Big Bear Lake.
Ann is a member of
the National Notary Association an affiliate member of the
Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS.

Kathy Burnett - Manager
Kathy’s
career in escrow spans a 30 year period. She began as a receptionist
many years ago with a local title company for what was to be just a
temporary job and today is our escrow manager at Huntington Escrow
Inc., Glendora Branch location. Prior to joining Huntington Escrow
Inc., over a period of 14 years she managed and operated the escrow
departments for 2 real estate companies in which she had ownership.
Kathy has vast
knowledge in the overall practice of escrow, including residential
sales, refinance transactions, exchange and commercial escrows. She
enjoys the challenges of troubleshooting and solving the issues that
arise from day to day. Her passion is customer service to her agents
and their clients, most importantly she feels the need to proudly
represent our company. In the escrow industry we offer our knowledge
and service, and it must be superior and excellent to compete in
today’s market!
Kathy is a past
president and member of the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley.
She holds a Certified Escrow Officer designation from the California
Escrow Association, and is a member of American Escrow Association,
California Escrow Association and National Notary Association and an
affiliate member of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS.
